Strap Culture strives to process your orders as quickly as possible.    We guarantee that the orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days once payment
has been confirmed.

All packages are sent via Hong Kong Registered Postal Service.  For our shipping rates, please click
here.  For lager business order, please contact us for
further details.  We ship worldwide!

Shipping and insurance via express (UPS,  DHL, Fedex etc.) are available on request additional fees.

Order usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only).

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.  If for any reason the item(s) was shipped mistakenly or damaged, we will assist you with
a prompt refund or replacement.

here. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the form, please download here if needed.)  Please
complete the form and be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or replacement along with the returning shipment.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Please note that item(s) are only refundable or replaceable if the shipment  is damaged during shipping or shipped mistakenly.  The original shipping and
handling charges are not refundable.  Only items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be accepted for refund or replacement.  Any strap
damaged by defect in workmanship will be replaced free of charge.  However, any strap that has been worn, tried on,
or misused will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
